Terms of Service for SUPERData Hosting Web Hosting Services

1. Definitions
“User” means any individual or entity that registers an account with SUPERData Hosting to use our web hosting services.
“Service” refers to the web hosting services, tools, and related features provided by SUPERData Hosting, including but not limited to server space, bandwidth, domain management, email hosting, and technical support.
“Account” means the registered user profile and associated access credentials provided to the User.
“Content” includes all data, files, text, images, and other materials uploaded or stored by the User through the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using our Service, the User agrees to these Terms of Service (“ToS”), which govern their relationship with SUPERData Hosting. The User must not use the Service if they do not agree to these terms.
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 Account Creation
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any unauthorized use of their account.
3.2 Account Suspension/Deletion
- SUPERData Hosting reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these ToS, fraud, or security risks.
- Users may request account deletion via support phone or email, but data may not be recoverable.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing and Invoicing
- Users must pay fees for hosting services as outlined in our pricing plan. Payment terms are specified during sign-up.
- Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed, and late payments may incur fees.
4.2 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations will be processed according to the refund policy (e.g., prorated refunds for partial billing cycles).
- No refunds are issued for canceled accounts with active services or unused storage.
5. Service Provision
5.1 Service Scope
- Our Service includes standard hosting features (e.g., uptime guarantees, security measures, and technical support). Specific service levels (e.g.,
99.9% uptime) are detailed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). - SUPERData Hosting is not liable for downtime caused by user error, third-party providers, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Third-Party Integration
- Users may integrate third-party tools (e.g., CMS platforms, analytics software) with our Service. SUPERData Hosting is not responsible for third-
party compatibility or performance.
6. User Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities, spam, or malware distribution.
- Violate intellectual property rights or infringe on third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Use the Service to host content that violates these ToS or applicable laws.
6.2 Content Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for all Content uploaded to the Service. SUPERData Hosting is not liable for Content or its consequences.
- Users must ensure their Content complies with copyright, privacy, and data protection laws.
