Overview of our onboarding process
We understand that time is your most valuable asset, and our onboarding process is engineered to be efficient, transparent, and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Website Compatibility Check (No Passwords Needed)
Just tell us who your current hosting provider is. We will NOT contact them without your express permission, but in most cases we can identify the type of system your website is hosted on, and verify we can accommodate a smooth migration process.
Step 2: Migration & Full Integration
Once confirmed, we’ll move your site to our secure servers. You’ll have two options:
- Transfer Your Website: Share your password(s) for your hosting account’s control panel or give us permission to reach out to your current hosting provider on your behalf.
- Domain Registrar Option: Choose to have us manage your domain registration (optional but streamlines the process). this process may involve a few additional steps based on who currently is your name registrar. the cost of the domain is yearly and based upon the domain name. typical costs for are ~$10 – $15/year.
Step 3: Peace of Mind & Minimal Downtime
During migration, you are assigned a dedicated technician who will be your single point of contact (via phone or email). The process is typically scheduled during off-hours (e.g., weekends) to ensure your business operates uninterrupted. Our technician will work with you to arrange a convenient date and time for the migration.
Costs & Value
- Monthly Fee: $15/month for Webhost & Email (very large sites or email-heavy accounts may cost more – we will inform you if this applies to you and your monthly cost BEFORE we begin the migration process. ).
- Upfront Cost: There is no fee for migrating to our services.
